The objective is clear: giving meaning to career journeys, providing tangible opportunities, and celebrating the human richness that fuels Accor.

Missions

  • Producing authentic videos and photos, shared via a dedicated Instagram account (@Accor_Heartists), featuring cooks, housekeepers, servers, and receptionists who share their daily experiences and professional passion.
  • Promoting the “Heartists” spirit: a strong banner symbolizing Accor’s heartfelt work, expertise, and philosophy.
  • Strengthening the employer promise through the direct voices of team members. Attracting top talent during the post-pandemic recovery.
  • Creating a strong sense of belonging by embodying the “Be Limitless” promise.

Target Audiences

The campaign was designed for three main targets:

  • Future team members around the globe.
  • Hospitality and catering professionals at all levels (economy, midscale, luxury).
  • Current Accor team members: cooks, housekeepers, servers, receptionists…

Formats

  • Videos: Job testimonials, employee portraits, professional scenarios. Formats 16:9 and 9:16.
  • Photos: specific photo campaigns highlighting the human aspect and passion.
