Legal Notice effective as of 01/05/2025 Pursuant to the provisions of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), users and visitors (hereinafter the “User”) of the website thefrenchstudio.co (hereinafter the “Site”) are hereby informed of the present legal notice. By connecting to and browsing the Site, the User fully and unreservedly accepts this legal notice, which can be consulted on the Site under the heading “Legal Notice”.

This Site is published by THE FRENCH STUDIO, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €40,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 853 993 145. The publication is overseen by Mr Thomas Viguier, acting in his capacity as President of The French Studio. In this role he ensures that the content published on the Site complies with applicable law and assumes the corresponding legal responsibilities.

4. Conditions of Access and Availability
The French Studio makes every effort to ensure continuous access to the Site, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Access may nevertheless be suspended, notably for technical maintenance or in cases of force majeure, without the publisher’s liability being incurred.
5. Protection of Personal Data
Data collected through the contact form (name, e-mail address and message content) are processed by The French Studio for the purpose of responding to incoming requests. Information obtained via these forms is stored for no more than three years from the User’s last contact. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French “Informatique et Libertés” Act, every individual has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of their personal data, to object to such processing and to data portability. These rights may be exercised at any time by writing to contact@thefrenchstudio.co.
6. Cookies and Audience Measurement
On your first visit, an information banner invites you to accept or refuse cookies used for audience measurement. If you continue browsing without making a choice, no tracking cookies are installed, apart from those strictly necessary for the Site to function. The French Studio uses Google Analytics 4 to compile anonymised visit statistics; the data generated by these cookies are retained for a maximum of fourteen months.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of this Site — including text, illustrations, photographs, videos, logos, graphic design and code — are protected by French and international copyright and intellectual-property law. The trademarks and logos of The French Studio are registered with the INPI. This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or to the use of the Site falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

The original and binding version of this legal notice is drafted in French. An English translation is provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
