(concise overview – last updated : 1 May 2025)
The French Studio deals exclusively with business clients. All consulting, creative and production services that we undertake are governed by the present principles, as supplemented and detailed by the TCS annexed to the relevant Quote.
Each request gives rise to an individual commercial offer setting out the nature of the work, the provisional timetable, the net price (excluding taxes) and any specific terms (ancillary costs, deliverables, usage rights, etc.).
The validity period for the offer is stated on the Quote; where no period is indicated, the offer remains open for forty-five (45) days from the date of issue.
The Quote may be accepted by any method agreed between the parties – hand-written signature, electronic signature, return e-mail explicitly confirming agreement, or any equivalent process that provides a reliable date and proof of consent.
The date of acceptance triggers the performance schedule and constitutes full and unconditional adherence to the TCS enclosed with the Quote.
Services are performed both in France and internationally. Depending on the client’s preference, all contractual documents (Quotes, TCS, invoices) are issued in French or in English.
Should discrepancies arise between two language versions, the version expressly designated as the “governing language” in the Quote shall prevail for interpretation purposes.
The TCS supplied with each Quote set out, among other things:
Unless the client raises written objections before work commences, the client is deemed to have read and accepted the TCS in their entirety.
The French Studio may update this overview at any time; however, the version displayed on the website at the date the Quote is requested remains applicable until that offer expires.
For ongoing assignments, only the TCS signed or approved with the initial Quote are binding.
